Whiterock Acquires Office Property
Whiterock REIT has recently completed the acquisition of an office complex in Mississauga across from Toronto Pearson International Airport. Proposed Development Project in Regina
Regina’s CP Rail yards are the focus of a new proposed redevelopment project. The land is expected to be redeveloped into a new hub featuring residential, commercial and retail developments, with an entertainment centre as an anchor attraction. New Sustainable Office Tower for bcIMC
British Columbia Investment Management Corporation (bcIMC) has unveiled plans for the development and construction of a new tower complex located in downtown Vancouver. UBC Opens Renovated Biological Sciences Complex
The University of British Columbia has showcased a newly renovated Biological Sciences Complex. The project, which had an overall cost of $45 million, includes the renewal of spaces originally built more than 50 years ago.
