Canadian Parking Rates Rise Again
The Colliers International 11th Annual Parking Survey was recently released, outlining where in North America it is most expensive to park. Calgary topped Canada’s cities and took second only behind New York, which had the number one spot. Parking rates on average have been steadily climbing on a monthly basis. The 2011 Mid-Year Office Market Report
The Greater Toronto Area Office Market Report from Avison Young summarizes the tenant activity and leasing velocity in offices in the GTA. The report suggests there is a shifting balance between landlords and tenants due to the lower availability and vacancy rates across the city. Rezoning Approved for Yonge Street Development
Toronto City Council has recently approved the rezoning of an area at Yonge Street and York Mills Road for Build Toronto’s new 4050 Yonge Street building.
